Distance Sale Agreement
This contract is on one side Travel Elefante located at Akpınar Mahallesi 507. Sk. Oz Ceylan No:3 İç Kapı No:1 Osmangazi Bursa with the phone number +90 539 862 78 35, and on the other side those who make a reservation using the system, accept the following conditions in advance by entering and confirming all their personal information, name and computer IP number occurred between the customer/user whose TR number or passport number is included in the form.
Article 2
This contract includes the Customer's reservation for the purchase of products/services through the travel agent within the framework of the conditions explained below. In case of a price increase in the contract price, the difference will not be requested from the consumer and the discounts applied to the product will not be refunded to the consumer.
Article 3
The contract price includes VAT. The contract fee includes all services specified in the reservation. Services not specified are subject to additional charges.
The customer who purchases a “Discounted Product or a Campaign Product” is obliged to pay the full service fee at the time of making the reservation.The reservation is not finalized until full payment is made.
Customers who make reservations via www.travelelefante.com from abroad charged for their reservations in foreign currency (USD or Euro) but pay in TL based on the exchange rate of the payment date. .Invoices will be issued in foreign currency,equivalent to TL.
For required refunds, payment will be made to the credit card used for the reservation or to the customer's bank account within 30 days.
Article 4
In case of the disputes that may arise between the customer and the travel agent, the customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Court or the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Before applying here, sending your complaint email to Travel Elefante’s customer service and giving the travel agent a response time of 14 business days is considered a sign of good faith in resolving the disputes.
